(Clustered Bellflower, Dane's Blood)
Clustered bellflower is a medium-sized, vigorously colonizing herbaceous perennial native to Europe and Asia. The dwarf form Campanula glomerata var. acaulis bears dense spikes of violet bell-shaped flowers in late spring and early summer above spreading clumps of large oval leaves.
This bellflower prefers full sun to part shade and well drained soil. It makes a nice if somewhat aggressive addition to mixed borders and meadow plantings, self-sowing where happy. Deadhead to encourage rebloom.

(Italian Bellflower)

The upward facing blue, purple, and white flowers bloom all summer on small heart-shaped, light green leaves. As its name suggests, the Italian bellflower is native to Italy where it thrives in full to partial sun.
