An early-maturing sweet bell pepper, 'Chablis' is especially resistant to tobacco mosaic virus and bacterial leaf spot. Harvest-ready fruits are produced about 60 days after planting. This selection is bushy, maturing to just over knee high. The blocky fruits are initially yellow-white but turn orange and finally brilliant orange-red when fully ripe.
