General Description

A reliable perennial for the rock or alpine garden, these hybrids have are very free-flowering. In spring the Cascade Series comes alive with large four-petaled blooms of red, purple or blue on mat-forming plants. Attractive evergreen to semi-evergreen foliage has a softly fuzzy appearance.

Grow plants of the Cascade Series rockcress in full sun and well-drained soil as an edging or try it tucked into the crevices of a stone wall. Self-seeding but not invasive, rockcress also makes a fine groundcover for smaller areas.
