CAMPANULA carpatica 'Blue Clips'
Blue Clips Bellflower, Carpathian Bellflower, Carpathian Harebell
Named for the eastern European mountains that it calls home, Carpathian harebell is a low-growing, mounding perennial grown for its summer-long succession of broad, up-facing bell-flowers. The cultivar ‘Blue Clips’ bears large pale sky-blue flowers above compact hummocks of mid-green leaves.
Give 'Blue Clips' fertile, moist, well-drained soil in sun to partial shade. This popular perennial is ideally suited to a sunny stone wall or rock garden. Also try it in mixed borders, containers, or alpine gardens.
