CLEMATIS 'Belle of Woking'
Belle of Woking Clematis, Clematis, Early Large-flowered Clematis
Belle of Woking clematis is a deciduous vining plant with large, double, bluish-white flowers that open from late spring through late summer. Leave are light to mid-green in color.
This clematis prefers a position with at least five to six hours of sun per day and fertile, well-drained soil. Keep the roots shaded and cool with a layer of mulch. In early spring, remove any dead or damaged vines and prune to retain plant height back to an area of strong, healthy buds. ‘Belle of Woking’ is somewhat compact and can be used to dress up a wall, trellis, or arbor, or it can be allowed to scramble over shrubs.
