Dwarf Lobed Tickseed, Lobed Coreopsis, Lobed Tickseed
Dwarf lobed tickseed is a low growing, perennial that spreads slowly by rhizomes. This native of the southeastern United States has soft, medium green foliage and puts forth short stems topped with single golden orange daisies in early to midsummer. Bloom time will be extended if spent flowers are removed. This heat tolerant perennial does best in sites with full sun and fertile soil. It is suited to wildflower gardens and informal perennial borders.
