General Description
Flori Line® midi pink gerbera daisy is a tender herbaceous perennial that originates from southern Africa. This selection bears large pale pink daisies year-round (with peaks in late spring and late fall) above mounds of large, shallowly lobed, dark green leaves.
It prefers fertile, well drained soil and full sun. When cultivated in a greenhouse it grows best in a soil-based potting mix, cool ambient temperatures and filtered bright light. Plants are highly susceptible to whitefly, especially when grown indoors.
Customarily grown as an "annual" for containers, it also makes a good border perennial where winters are mild.
