HEMEROCALLIS 'Fairy Tale Pink'
Daylily, Fairy Tale Pink Daylily
Fairy Tale Pink daylily is a compact herbaceous perennial. Neat clumps of bright green strap-like leaves appear in mid spring. Its robust, single, lily-like flowers of pink have a light green throat and appear in summer atop leafless stems. These are mildly fragrant and attractive to many pollinators. Plants will rebloom later in the season with care.
This daylily is easy to grow if provided with full to part sun and fertile to average, well drained soil. Its clumps slowly spread over time and need to be divided ever two to three years. After plants initially bloom, it is wise to shear back their foliage to allow for a fresh flush of growth. Enjoy 'Fairy Tale Pink' in mixed beds and borders, containers and large mass plantings.
